September 2017 Newsletter

September is here!

…That means it’s back to school, back to the grind, back to the gym. 😉

Here’s a quick written recap too:

1. New Class Schedule! We’ve re-jigged the Hybrid schedule to serve you betterNew classes will be starting at Hybrid on September 6th (after the Labour Day holiday). Check out the new class schedule below, or CLICK HERE for a printable version.

 

2. Another Transformation Camp Session Starts September 18th. And, there are still a few spots available. If you’d like one, stop by the front desk or email support@hybridfitness.ca. Please help us give a warm Hybrid welcome to our new members as well. 
 
3. New Coaches. Speaking of warm welcomes, have you met our new coaches Narlon, Kelly, and Rachel? Well, they trained all summer long and now they’re ready and excited to coach your classes. They look forward to meeting all of you.
