Speciality Classes
Our specialty classes are for those who are looking to try something new or develop particular skills in the gym. Yoga
Stretch, breathe, relax, and take part in active recovery. Our Yoga program is designed and led by Elsa Rose Eastabrook: named London’s Best Yoga Teacher two years running!
Gymnastics

VIRTUAL GYM AND ONLINE COACHING
Access to our virtual gym is FREE for all members and consists of over 1000 workouts filmed here at Hybrid that you can follow at home. For those who only want virtual exercise and coaching, we offer an exclusive program. Our virtual fitness coaching includes custom workouts and programming, nutrition and accountability coaching, and weekly check-ins to answer your questions and keep you on track.
