Personal Training

Hybrid Fitness changed the personal training game in 2011. Our skilled and educated coaches do more than monitor your exercise or cheerlead from the sidelines. Our personal trainers act as a source of accountability to keep you on track while creating custom exercise and nutrition programs to meet your goals. We use Inbody scanner technology to measure your weight, body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, and basal metabolic rate so we can set achievable goals and properly track your progress. Speciality Classes
