February 2018 Newsletter

Welcome to your February newsletter!

We had a fantastic start to 2018 here at Hybrid and hope you enjoyed it too.

Here’s Jordan to tell you all about what’s been happening at the gym and what’s ahead for February:

  • The Hybrid Carnival was a success! Thanks to everyone who came out to the carnival and potluck on the 27th. We had a blast and saw many of you set and achieve new goals, try something new, and even set some PRs. If you missed this event, don’t worry at all because we’ll host another one soon.
  • Zen Planner App. If you don’t yet have the Zen Planner Member App, get it! You can use it to set and track your goals, your weight, your Sweat class results, your PRs, and much more. Jordan will show you how it works in video above or you can ask for help at the front desk.
  • Pop-Ups! Last month’s HIIT and BRO sessions were fantastic. Thanks to the coaches who put them together and thanks to you for coming out to try them. February’s Pop-ups will focus on kettlebell and mobility workouts. Stay tuned to Facebook for your Pop-up announcements so you can join the fun and try something different.
  • CrossFit Training Camp is still on. The CrossFit Open starts on February 22nd. To help you increase your scores and get ready to participate we’ve been hosting CrossFit Training Camp each Saturday at 9am. These 60-90 minutes sessions have been very well attended and there are still three left! Come hone your gymnastics, kipping skills, and WOD strategizing. You don’t need to have attended a previous session or even be doing The Open to join CrossFit Training Camp. If you’re interested, just come on out.
